- SBSea BeeJul 3, 20261.0Their selection is decent, however their customer service is horrible! I was returning a few items that I did not need. I had these items for less than a week and I had the original card and original receipt in hand at the time of the return . Apparently the cashier who originally rang up my order only charged me one basket instead of two I explained that I did not notice the cashier's mistake at the time of purchase. The manager on duty then asked that I present my ID so that they could complete the return. I explained to her that I had the original card and purchase receipt and that the error for not charging me for the second basket was not mine but instead the cashier who originally rang up the purchase. I also explained to her that there is nothing on the receipt that requires that I present my identification at the time of a return. Nonetheless, she persisted asking for my identification card even though she could not explain why she needed my identification card for the return. It seems as though the store wants to put my information in their security databases because of a mistake that was made by one of their own staff This is an unnecessary and invasive procedure and a waste of a customer's time!

I didn’t want to leave the artwork there, so Sara help me get the museum glass that I needed with a stock frame. She did an amazing job in a very short timeframe. She brought new life to this artwork! I would have her work on any of my pieces with her attention to detail and care of the art.
