- DSDeborah SchoberMar 5, 20265.0Evidence of bats was found in an attic of a new home I was buying. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in providing me with an estimate for removal and cleanup/restoration. Unfortunately the seller did not believe there were bats present, did not allow Stateline on property to inspect, and refused to lower the purchase price for the cost to address them, thus the deal fell through. However, Jennifer and Stateline certainly went above and beyond to educate me about the bats and how they are in hibernation right now but must be removed and then cleanup and restoration done to avoid the diseases that the bat guano can create.

They will charge you $100 to tell you what anyone can see with there eyes from outside of a house then offer traps for a week for $500 lol FYI go buy traps at menards for $50..look at the other reviews that aren't from there friends and family. I should of researched this place before wasting $100
