We use this space for the inventory for our marketing and promotions business. From the cleanliness of the entire facility to the extra security, we could not have better things to say about Extra Space Storage. I love that I can pull my car in so I don’t have to worry about weather while loading and Jack, the gentleman working the desk is always very friendly and happy to help in anyway. My only complaint is the lack of dumpsters, plastic, and recycling containers, but I understand why they don’t have them, so my complaint is moot.

I’ve used Extra Space Storage in Sun Prairie twice now—once during a move and again while my house was being remodeled—and both experiences have been excellent.
Jack has been wonderful to work with: professional, kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The facility itself is clean, modern, climate-controlled, secure, and very reasonably priced. Everything is impressively high-tech, which does mean the app can take a little getting used to at first. Jack walked me through it, though, and once you know how it works, the whole process is incredibly easy and efficient.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Extra Space Storage again, and I especially appreciate having someone like Jack there to make everything so seamless. Highly recommend!

Extra Space in sun prairie was a pleasure to work with regarding a move into storage. Elevators have plenty of room, the facility has many carts, and jack at the front desk was very helpful with navigating the property.
