  A real class act. Very easy to work with, did an excellent job thinning out our sugar maples, and dropping some others. Good cleanup following the work. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. We will be calling them for future business.

  Affordable tree response in regards to the alley is simply not the truth! I texted and called! When I spoke to Customer Service rep they told me they couldn't promise me anything! And that is what I got a blocked alley until I did the work they promised to do! At no time did they attempt to resolve my issues with the services they provided by reaching out to me. Again use this service at your own risk! If everything goes smoothly then no issues - all good. However when there is an issue you can anticipate them blaming you for the problem and the worse of all creating a narrative that is not true! Buyer beware! Spring 2026 I had trees removed and trimmed. The experience was very frustrating! Affordable tree care has an agreement with We Energies when trees are near power lines We Energies uses Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC to safely cut tree branches. Afterwards Affordable tree care was supposed to remove the debris and cut the remaining tree. They didn't remove the debris in timely fashion (3 -5 days) when I called 3 days after seeing the public access area was blocked by debris and negative comments by neighbors. They eventually came out a week later. (total time about 2 weeks) I had to clear public access way myself. This took several hours! They didn't trim trees per request. I was told in order for them to come back out it would be an hourly fee. I told them don't bother! I'm not sure what happened but I used this service about three years ago and they were 5 stars. They are 2 stars or less now. This service should be called avoidable tree care. Do not use this service!

  This is the second time we have used Affordable Tree Care, it is also the second time that the crew did an awesome job. We find the cost reasonable, the crew knowledgeable and clean up around the yard very well done. The office staff is easy and pleasant to work with. The crew removed five trees some very large and some with power lines running through them with absolutely no problems. I highly recommend this company and of course will do business with them in the future. A big THANKS to the hard working crew, you are appreciated!!

  This is the second time we have used Affordable Tree Care. Great men who came out to work at taking the last half of the birch out for us. They were very professional and did a fantastic job.

  They took down a tree in my backyard.They had to take part of my fence down while doing so. In the process they broke my fence and when I called and spoke to them about it I was told I would get a call back from the supervisor. Never got a call back. Called two more times leaving two more voicemails and still never got a call or anything fixed. Had to pay and get it fixed myself. Thanks!
