I am echoing the other 1 star reviews that talk about what a nuisance the door to door sales people are. A guy starts relentlessly banging on my door and ringing the doorbell. I was in a meeting, but I had to answer the door to get him to stop because it was so loud and disruptive. As I turn the corner, I see him pounding on the GLASS part of my front door, I thought he was going to freaking break the glass.
I open the door and immediately tell him I'm in a meeting and I dont have time. He ignored what I said and starts listing off all their services and tells me which of my neighbors by name are using their service (pretty sure theyre not supposed to disclose that?). Then I have to interrupt him and again tell him I'm in a meeting, I dont have time to talk to you. Then he asks if he can come back later, I say no. Then he asks if he can come back tomorrow, I say no. I have a feeling he will come back based on other reviews on here.
This interaction was such a turn off, he did quite the opposite of what you were aiming for, because now I know to avoid this company. Please stop being a nuisance to people in their homes.

“NO SOLICITING” is posted prominently, but apparently that doesn’t apply to this company. Ignoring clearly displayed signs is either incredibly disrespectful or a sign of poor judgment.
If your business model starts with disregarding a homeowner’s wishes, don’t expect a warm reception. Would not recommend.

James was very nice and professional and did inform us before his arrival he was coming to our house, but we weren’t sure if he’d sprayed our yard for ticks and mosquitoes as we thought should happen. It wasn’t mentioned in his text to me telling me what he’d done, but when I texted back to ask if he’d sprayed the whole yard for these I did get pictures he took, but no answer to my question, so I still don’t know if it happened or not. Thanks!

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
