  We just made our third purchase of outdoor furniture from By the Yard in Oconomowoc. The products are of excellent quality, are attractive and comfortable, and best of all, the only maintenance is a quick wipe down! We are so happy with the furniture, but what really impressed us was working with the staff at the store. Krdystal is so professional, knowledgeable and made choosing a design, size, and color combination of dining table and chairs so easy! It all looks wonderful! A recent purchase, Ashley assisted us and she too was so very helpful. It’s so refreshing to do know that a business and their employees do what they say they will do, are very good at follow up, and are willing to efficiently answer questions even over the phone.

  Krystle and Dalton are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and consult well with larger scale buys. Lots of options, great selections, speedy ordering and white glove delivery available. We had a great experience!

  Krystle was very helpful and I never felt pressured to buy something. She left me alone and answered questions when I had them. I was free to shop as long as I wanted without being bothered. I appreciate that!

  The quality of the furniture is better than the similar products at the big box stores, but they struggle with getting orders correct and they won't honor a lower sale price if they have a better promotion before your order is delivered. We have had them make mistakes on color choice on two separate occasions - they got us the right color eventually, but it delayed our shipments and our ability to enjoy the furniture for the whole season. While waiting for another order to be delivered, they reached out to let us know they were having a 20% off sale on the exact same items we ordered. When we asked if they would honor the sale price, they would not. Good quality furniture, but the customer service is less than ideal.
