- JMJohn MatthewsSep 18, 20265.0Took in my mower in without an appointment to have blades sharpened and they said no problem!
- PDP DragonAug 7, 20265.0I have a Husqvarna 435 X-TORQ chainsaw that I could not get the clutch cover and chain brake back on after replacing the chain. Donovan (Service Supervisor in New Berlin) immediately recognized, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in under 3 minutes. On top of his superior customer service and knowledge of the product, he did not charge me for the repair. I will be using Russo Power Equipment in the future for any of my power equipment repairs. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Donovan and Russo Power Equipment have my respect and appreciation. They have also gained a customer for the future.
- DCDarin CoatsJul 13, 20265.0I bought a new Hustler Zero Turn from Russo and although I haven't had it long enough to give a full review of the machine I wanted to mention how pleased I was with the buying experience. I visited a few other power equipment dealers in the area and they really didn't seem interested in selling me a mower. Ryan and the team at Russo were awesome and took the time to ask about my needs and answer all of my questions to make sure I made the best choice in equipment. Great experience, I recommend checking them out if you're in the market. The place is a candy store!!!
- CCConner CutsMay 28, 20265.0Highly recommended — by far one of the best small engine equipment stores I’ve experienced. Ryan and Justin both provided outstanding customer service and took the time to help me narrow down my options, ultimately helping me find the best package deal for my needs. Crissy was very helpful as well. Donavan was also extremely helpful, getting some of my equipment in quickly for service and taking the time to educate me on proper self-maintenance between service visits. Thank you all for the professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer experience. You definitely did not disappoint.
