- PSPeter SubotichMar 9, 20265.0I took three snowblowers in for repair . The work performed was top notch, above and beyond of what I expected. My machines are old and probably in need of replacement. After the work that was performed I am positive that I can get a few more years out of them. I also picked up a new single stage machine that is fantastic. Donovan suggested it to me and it worked out amazingly. I cannot thank him enough. Whenever I walk into the store I am greeted by name I am asked how my day is going. I feel so welcomed there. The whole staff is amazing a tribute to the manager Mike. A plastic part on the wand broke, and their service department handled the warranty immediately. Even though we’re about an hour away, the replacement part was delivered right to our door the day after it arrived. We completed a quick fix on-site, and the unit was back in action with minimal downtime. The purchasing process was also smooth and easy. Nothing but great things to say about their service.

Ace hardware (where I bought it) told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the repair. The service dept at Russo said a week at most for the repair. That sounded good so the next day I loaded in my vehicle and headed to Russo. They fixed my problem on the spot! I was shocked! Took the machine back home and used it on the next snowfall. Worked great! I can’t say enough good things about this place. From now on, when it comes to my outdoor power equipment needs, Russo will get my business whether it’s repairs or a new purchase. These people are the Real deal!

Yes, we charge $80 for the delivery of equipment within a 20-mile radius of our locations. Extra fees apply for anything beyond 20 miles.
Is there a diagnostic charge just to look at my machine?
Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for all equipment:
- For small to medium landscape equipment, a charge worth .5 hrs of labor is applied.
- For large tractors, RTVs, utility loaders, and truck & trailer equipment, a charge worth 1.0 hrs of labor is applied.
How long will it take for my machine to be diagnosed & repaired?
Wait times can vary depending on the time of year and parts availability. Please call ahead to inquire about our lead times.
Do I need an appointment for my equipment to be serviced?
For equipment, we use a "1st come, 1st service" system; there are no appointments.
For trailers, spreaders, and plows, call ahead to make an appointment or submit a Service Request Form.

We can special order almost anything. Let's work together to find the part that you need!
