  If I could give negative stars to Aptive, I absolutely would. Their service was mediocre, at best, and we cancelled after 1 year. If that would have been the end of it, I would not have bothered to leave a review. But it is their absolute refusal, in practice, to leave me alone that is the problem. Emails, brochures, in person solicitation. These relentless hucksters refuse to stop. I have called their customer service line, and 3 separate supervisors have promised me, "no communication of any kind" in the future. And yet, they keep coming. I blocked their emails, but their snail-mail spam always finds it's way here -with my name and address- without fail. Their grinning, bleary-eyed, disconnected salespeople refuse to stop darkening my door. Their marketing department is unhinged, and does not understand what it means to build the image of a company in a positive way. Avoid this company at all costs, lest they discover where you live and the curse of Aptive takes hold on your home as well.

  If these people come on your property, send them away immediately. They will offer you "specials" but when it comes time to pay, and they take the money out of your account, they take twice as much as they quoted you. They're banking on you not noticing, not checking, or not remembering. Then when you call to cancel they charge you even more after they already stole from you. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Complete scam.

  Took great care of us. I thought it was expensive, but after talking to a neighbor, we have more services then she does and we only pay a little more. They handled, a huge bee hive and offered to do more in the fall when the mice are more active. Very happy, with these guys. I told my husband, it feels like a rainbow over house. I’m not worried about bugs or mice. We’re taken care of!

  The timing on the Route Manager was amazing, I just got home from work and seen drain flies coming from my bathroom drain, as soon as I go upstairs to try and control the problem my self, A route manager Jahaziel Diaz came knocking at my door, not gonna lie I wasn’t going to let him sell me at first because I used to be a Pest Technician myself (IK Alot about Pests and What To Use For Control), but he won me over with his knowledge of the field, treatments, products, A.I, and control methods. He also recommended me one of their best technician to take care of my home, he did not disappoint on the recommendation! I didn’t get the technician name who treated my home because I was doing other things, he was quick but very thorough with his treatments and explained everything very well, glad to sign up with a company that cares and knows/prepared for what they’re treating.

  The person that "treated" my residence never replied to my text messages both times, they never followed up with pictures as other people in the past have. I asked my kids if anyone was there or if the dogs barked at anything and they both said no. I looked at where I had marked ant hills in my yard and see zero evidence of any service... no granular treatment was visible! I'm questioning if they even showed up at my house that day for the fact the dogs bark anything that pulls in our driveway... I'd give it zero if it would let me
