  I signed up yesterday and was given a time window of 2pm-4pm. I requested a call prior and never received that or a text message. I 2wnted to be home when the tech arrived and he was just finishing up when I got home at 230. The tech never stopped to speak with me, just went about his business. For a new customer with specific instructions this was not a good first impression.

  I get a monthly charge but they don't come monthly. Last service had a 90 day gap and that was only after I called to say hey where are you at? Claimed to have computer issues. Then after calling and scheduling I got notice of a new upcoming appointment on a different day so had a double booking in May. Techs are always nice but not sure of the effectiveness of the treatments.

  Aptive’s service exceeded my expectations. We have used other pest control options in the past and they seem to go the extra step and make sure no corner is cut. They heavily sprayed our entire yard, removed any spider webs and addressed any nest or hive that was found near the house. They provided a detailed report on the work that was completed and were on time and respectful of our time.

  Aptive always seems to show up right before a heavy rain. They assure me it is good for the treatment, but how could washing all of the spray off of the trees and surrounding areas be good. Our mosquitoes have never been worse. We had better luck when we sprayed on our own with the $10 yard guard. Side note, they are always pleasant to deal with. Just tired of calling for additional treatments. Also, we did sign for a two-year contract. Felt very pressured by the sales woman. She did tell me if we wanted to cancel, It would be a $200 fee which seems ridiculous. She assured me that after the first year I could cancel without any fee. When I called to cancel, they told me it would be $200 so I was flat out lied lie too.

  We had a really great experience with this pest control company from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire process. I had quite a few questions going in, and they took the time to answer all of them thoroughly, which helped me feel much more comfortable moving forward. I really appreciated how transparent they were about the products they used and the method of treatment. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and at ease before getting started. It never felt rushed—they took their time and were very intentional with their work, which made a big difference. I’m also very sensitive to smells, and there was no noticeable odor after the treatment. That gave me real peace of mind, especially when it comes to concerns about anything potentially harmful lingering in our home. Their customer service truly exceeded expectations—both over the phone and in person. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable. Overall, a very thorough, thoughtful, and professional experience. I would absolutely recommend them.
