- LVLisa Veley1 day ago5.0How thorough of a job Marc did! This was the first time I ever saw anyone crawl under my deck and look for bees. He also sprayed a ton on my bee hole and kept spraying, walking away and spraying, walking away and making sure he got the area good. The stuff he put in my kitchen for ants worked great and he answered a bunch of questions for me. Also was impressed someone came within 2 days of me calling about an issue.
- SHsue hanna3 days ago5.0I wasn’t here when he did the progress. I just saw him on the cam but look like he did a pretty great job. I just pray these mosquitoes go away. I’m looking forward to the next treatment. I think he could’ve done some more behind the Shutters I know there’s some wasp behind there and up in the eaves by the garage there’s some so I don’t know if he sprayed or not. But overall, it was a great job

I was not at home when she informed me that she was on her way to treat our home and if there was anything in particular that was of concern. I told her about a hornet’s nest in the front yard and told her how to find it and she did!! Kudos to her for a job well done!!! On a scale from 1-10, give her a hundred!!

I was honestly considering getting a service contract, but throughout the conversation once I told him to give me some time to just think about it and talk it over with my family is when he started getting very pushy and changed the pricing several times to the point where he was trying to offer to send me money through Venmo to sign up for the one year contract. He was going all over the place with this pricing, offered to do the first service for free, he was going to give me $500 if I signed up because he said he would still be making money off the contract through his commission, the whole thing was just not right with how many times he changed the pricing. Towards the end you could tell he was getting very frustrated that I didn’t want to sign his contract. Overall a very bad experience and a company I would not want to do business with,
- MSMichelle SchmitzAug 6, 20261.0Do not sign with Aptive ever!!! They claimed they would treat my whole house and then sent technicians that could not reach the many peaks around my house. We are now experiencing Hornets nest. I requested service for the Hornets nest to be addressed and when the technician arrived he told me he did not have equipment that could reach the peak. He recommended calling another company! So I called customer service and they sent another technician the following day. This technician also could not reach the hornets nest and told me they are not allowed on ladders. This company does not have the liability insurance for their employees to actually perform the job thoroughly. And then when I called to cancel my service because they are not actually treating my entire house they said they would be charging be a $199 cancellation fee even though they did not provide the services promised. Horrible experience with customer service!!!!!! Worst I have ever experienced...this is the first negative review of a company I have written I was so dissatisfied!!!!!!!!

If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective.
