- MHMatthew Heinz-TorgersonOct 9, 20201.0Guy steals your stuff and keeps it and says he'll bring it back and takes 2 months to get it back. if you rent equipment do not rent to this guy because he will pay for 4 hours and keep it for months. Guy is a dirt-bag.
- PHPete HuffMar 18, 20191.0Rented a U-Haul here and then spent two months getting the corporate office to refund all the extra charges this place tacked on after I dropped it off. They charged me for nearly 150 miles I didn't drive, an extra day of rental, and fuel that I replaced before returning. No one was there when I picked it up and no one was there where I dropped it off. So you're on your own with this place when it comes to the rental trucks - make sure you take photos of the rental's odometer and fuel level before and after the rental. Or better yet - rent something from someone else because U-Haul's regional staff were just as difficult (or should I say, absent) as this place.! Gotta love a local business that treats locals so poorly - recipe for failure!
