- DPDaniel PieperSep 5, 20265.0Called them about our washing machine not working correctly. They had a repairman to our place 1 day later. Willson was very professional and polite, he had our washing machine running in about an hour. 10 out 10 recommend them.

After reading the reviews, I noticed that the company seems to argue with customers who leave negative feedback rather than taking the opportunity to understand their concerns and improve the customer experience. That is very unprofessional. Not every customer complaint needs to be met with an argument or defensive response. Sometimes the appropriate thing to do is simply listen, take accountability, and address the issue. Based on my experience and what I’ve seen in the reviews, I would not recommend this business.

Usually, we can deliver within 48-72 hours.
Is there a warranty?
One-year warranty on washers, dryers, and stoves.
Six months on refrigerators.
Some appliances offer a shorter warranty for a lower sales price.

Will you come and do repairs?
Yes, we will come out to repair your appliance. We do not work on Samsung or LG appliances. Most repairs fall into a category we refer to as a standard repair. Standard repairs are $189.00. If your repair costs more than $189.00 and you decline, you do not owe us a dime. If your repair is 189.00 or less and you decline the repair, there is a $65.00 fee.
I bought gas and now I need electric what should I do?
If you bought it from us and ordered the wrong thing, the first delivery is FREE, but there is a $60 re-delivery fee to swap it out. If there is a price difference, it is $60 plus the difference.
Unfortunately, we can't accept trade-ins if you've moved and your new home is compatible with a different energy source.
