While he was working, I was getting ready for work and was not closely monitoring him because I trusted that this was a professional business. When he finished, he yelled upstairs to let me know he was done. I thanked him, and he let himself out. Afterward, I realized that my lawnmower batteries and charger were missing. Because of this experience, I would strongly advise customers to keep an eye on their belongings and monitor any work being done in their home.

The machine has had 2 service calls since then but the employees are friendly and worked out the appointment times with me. The machine has been running great since, and I can’t stress enough how we need to support and keep these small businesses in business. I will be a returning customer in the future! Oh and the warranty is unbeatable for a used appliance! Get in there and buy yourself something!

Usually, we can deliver within 48-72 hours.

One-year warranty on washers, dryers, and stoves.
Six months on refrigerators.
Some appliances offer a shorter warranty for a lower sales price.

Will you come and do repairs?
Yes, we will come out to repair your appliance. We do not work on Samsung or LG appliances. Most repairs fall into a category we refer to as a standard repair. Standard repairs are $189.00. If your repair costs more than $189.00 and you decline, you do not owe us a dime. If your repair is 189.00 or less and you decline the repair, there is a $65.00 fee.
I bought gas and now I need electric what should I do?
If you bought it from us and ordered the wrong thing, the first delivery is FREE, but there is a $60 re-delivery fee to swap it out. If there is a price difference, it is $60 plus the difference.
Unfortunately, we can't accept trade-ins if you've moved and your new home is compatible with a different energy source.
