I can’t more highly recommend Shabahang and sons- they went the extra mile for us- we asked them to cut and bind our carpet from northern Iran, complexity developed in to process and they bound a third edge for free! And every time Iwalk into the store, I'm treated like their best customer. We talk about a few things, we walk around the store looking at the beautiful rugs for sale, then, they take a look at my rug to see if there's any problem spots, give me a time frame for the cleaning and send me on my way. A few weeks later, when I stop in to pick up the freshly cleaned carpet, they roll it out, and it is as beautiful as the day we bought it. They are the best...

Ben and his staff cleaned the rug and repaired the frayed edges and worn out fringe, cleaned the pet stains and odor, and it looks brand new. Far better than I expected. Bravo! A beautiful store, overwhelming with the sheer number of beautiful rugs. Friendly staff. The closest you can come to a “rug flop” in Wisconsin. You will not be disappointed.
