  I brought a rug to Shabahang and Sons. The rug was a souvenir from my tour in Afghanistan, and had 15 years of wear, and some pet damage. Ben and his staff cleaned the rug and repaired the frayed edges and worn out fringe, cleaned the pet stains and odor, and it looks brand new. Far better than I expected. Bravo! A beautiful store, overwhelming with the sheer number of beautiful rugs. Friendly staff. The closest you can come to a “rug flop” in Wisconsin. You will not be disappointed. Thanks, Ben, to you and your staff.

  Customer service++++! I brought in a Persian carpet for cleaning and repair. I love how they take time to educate not only about how the repair process works, but also on the history of the carpet itself. After completing the cleaning/repair order, I asked about a runner that was hanging on display. Again, he provided so much background history of the tribe that makes these rugs and what makes them special. After sending a pic to my wife, I bought it, and love how it looks in our house. They are so knowledgeable and willing to spend time to share their knowledge—if you’re thinking about buying a Persian carpet or having yours cleaned/repaired, this is the place to go without a doubt.

  Large and impressive selection of beautiful rugs. Great prices. Once I explained the style and size I was looking for Behzad (Ben) showed me an impressive selection. I needed one rug and left with three. Behzad told me the region they were made in and explained the meaning of some of the patterns. This made the rugs more personal. Since I was out of state, he shipped me the rugs. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Shabahang and Sons Persian Carpets if you want quality and beauty.

  Visiting Shabahang & Sons is taking a step back to a more civilized time. Walk through the doors, and you're entering a paean to the artistry of rug making. The lights come up and you meet Mr. Shabahang, a self-described "rug man". After a few minutes of conversation, you realize that you're speaking with a man who has devoted his life to developing his knowledge of rugs. The craft, materials, styles, colors, history...he knows it all and joyfully guides you through the thousands of rugs. Many of them are vintage, some antique. Because we learn, a handmade rug is a work of art for your home that, with minimal care, can last multiple lifetimes. Shabahang & Sons is a legacy retailer that we are lucky to have in Milwaukee.

  We had a delightful shopping experience at Shabahang and Sons. Behzad was knowledgeable and patient as we browsed hundreds of exquisite rugs. He had suggestions for color and size, helpful never pushy, just a wonderful gentleman! I will definitely recommend if you are shopping for beautiful, unusual floor covering.
