A clean place for storage. It offers drive-through convenience, with access codes for access. I would give this five stars, but I noticed some of the items I stored are showing signs of rust (and even the grab bar in the restroom is rusting.) I don't think the place is being kept as dry as expected.
I also wish the staff were a little more friendly. I don't need to interact often, but when I do, they always give the impression I'm interrupting them. The last time, I reported a small puddle and mentioned the items rusting, and her response was to ask if the rust was caused by the water I saw. It seemed she was far more concerned with legal liability than the fact my items were seeing some damage.
Generally, a good place for storage, but it falls short of 5 stars for me.
