- GOGregory Owens4 days ago5.0I want to thank Allante for her courteous and attentive service. It was my first time there and she was most gracious in helping me. I know some might read this and think it’s just a storage however when the wrong person has a sour personality and is the face of your organization you want someone that knows how present both themselves and your business correctly. Allante is certainly that. I expressed to her this was my first time coming there and she escorted me from the desk to my storage door. Now that is something you don’t see often. It’s almost as if being courteous is part of a lost art. Well make sure you thank her again, try to hire more like her. She is doing a wonderful job!!

Dorothy was so polite in answering my many questions about renting and packing. She showed me the storage and explained everything I needed to know. She put my mind at ease, so as soon as I am ready to lock in this will be the home for my things.

Sometimes doors would be locked. They were always very patient and walked with me to get into my storage bin to have them as employees is an asset to the owner of extra storage space. I would recommend them In future leadership roles. They are customer service, friendly, and extremely patient.
