This is my first time using Extra Space Storage. My first concern was that I was told it would be a lock inside the storage unit and it wasn't and the person working didn't have a clue what I was talking about but he did find me a lock. The second concern was that there was a mouse running past us while we were loading our stuff in the unit. I'm afraid of mice.
