I called in with a small issue and spoke with Fran.
She listened to my concern, although her answer was not what I wanted to hear , she was very courteous , knowledgeable , respectful and kind .
After talking to her I wasn’t even upset about my issue anymore. LOL She went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer, being that we been at that location for over 10 years.

I had a great experience at extra space. Fran was amazing. She was always friendly knowledgeable and very helpful and good at solving problems. My store space was clean budget friendly and they always work with me even when I forgot to pay my bill on time thank you space and thank you for all your help.
