More often than not, people working on cars, and leaving other parked in the way of our unit. Then you pick up screws in your tires. Entry gate was often left open after office hours, allowing anyone to come onto the property, and possibly break into units. Security issue. I am NOT faulting the property manager in any way. All she can do is report issues to her superiors, and hope problems are corrected. Rent increases are ridiculous here, and no real reason is given as to why. Seems to occur whenever they feel like it at this location compared to other ESS locations.

Watch your tires if you have an outside unit. Screws and are often laying throughout. Entry gates and doors are often not working, resulting in a less secure environment.
