Another great customer service interaction from staff at Extra Space Storage. Roman, who was covering at the Third Ward facility, was so kind and offered us great alternatives for our needs. We went to Steven at this Mt Vernon facility and he was also very helpful and informative. This is an excellent facility. Very clean and bright. We were accommodated right away and able to move in immediately. Although I am not thrilled about the constant price increases with Extra Space Storage and cleanliness at the Third Ward facility (they need garbage cans in the loading area) in the three years we’ve been there, overall we’d highly recommend either facility.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. My lot was always clean and well kept. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Steven specifically of the downtown Milwaukee location was great to work with. I'll be back in the future.
