- AAAninMay 8, 20261.0The staff is mostly friendly but the old guy is really mean. Not socialable at all. He yelled at a customer that was going to put her leaking garbage bag in the dumpster in front of everyone in the garage. I watched her get the leaking bag into her car and the old guy just stood by the dumpster and watched her until she left like she was going to do something wrong. That was a really awkward experience to watch happen when I'm just trying to get my camping equipment.

- WRWillow RayApr 19, 20263.0The storage units themselves are well maintained. You'll come to a clean storage unit for sure. Everytime we are at our unit, staff walks the halls or the facility to do check overs. We have seen multiple staff members doing walk throughs almost every time we are there. Definitely a secure building with tight security. But, they check the bathrooms. So I'm kind of confused why they are never clean. There is frequently garbage piled up in the bathrooms, there has never been soap in the dispenser since we have rented space here. The toilets are almost always gross. Toilet paper is very scarce. There is also no dumpster open to the public, making it kind of difficult once you move things over here and if something breaks, you have to relocate the broken pieces. We had a huge lamp that broke and no where to put the large shards of glass. The staff is friendly when we encounter them except for one guy that kind of seems leary of us Everytime he interacts with us. I don't know if I would recommend THIS specific location but you will get a clean space to store your belongings. Just not so clean the rest of the place.
