  Garrett took the time to take the range apart and run through the different options with me. Its's nice to be educated during the repair. Very sociable guy, and even gave me time to vaccum behind the range. Will use again.

  Appliance services is contracted through my Universal home Protection warranty. I've worked with appliance services of Middleton on several occasions with my rental properties. I've always been pleased with the exceptional and timely service An ease of scheduling to troubleshoot and resolve appliance problems. Excellent customer service from the front office.

  My washing machine was making a loud noise when the agitator was in use, and I called ASUM. They were able to make an appointment for me the next morning. Andrew came and patiently watched my video of my machine and explained to me (at the right level) about the possible issues and how he was going to check for each of the possibililities. He also pointed out the machine was not as recent as I had been told by the sellers, by at least 10 yrs! So he helped me weigh the first attempt options on resolving the problem. I really appreciated Andrew's knowledge (and his transparency that he was communicating with colleagues who were advising over the phone/text) and his ability to explain things to me so yhat I understood, without dumbing it down too far. I feel comfortable with the devision I made, and it's all thanks to Andrew!

  Karson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dryer make and model that needed repair. He was quick to diagnose the problem. He had the part needed on his truck and was in and out in less than an hour. He even answered a quick question I had about an issue we were having with a burner on our range. We have UHP home warranty and they have Appliances Unlimited as their preferred contractor. They have been out to fix other appliances where we experienced the same great service.

  Karson has done a couple of repairs at my condo and he is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and professional and explains things well. He loves what he does and has a great spirit! I would definitely recommend him and Appliance Service Unlimited!
