I’ve had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage for about two years, and I’ve had a very positive experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure. It’s easy to access, and everything has been well organized whenever I’ve needed to stop by.
I also want to recognize Dustin for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. It’s obvious that he cares about helping customers and making the process as smooth as possible.
I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility with great customer service!

When I was moving out, I had forgotten my keys, and if the staff was not there to help me and cut it off, It would’ve ruined my day. He took the time to help me out, even though it was difficult to cut off both of my locks. Always liked it. It was always clean.

Extra Space storage MEQUON :
This place is the WORST! I have been using this facility for just over a year. Initially, rates were affordable, BUT after less than 6 months I had a huge rate increase. Today, just received another notice of rate increase! So, within a year I have had (2) significant rate increases.
This was not how I was sold initially. Extremely disappointed and will be looking for other options. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! THEY….LIE!!!!
