  I currently have a unit here. We have been renting for almost 2 years. We started at 80 a month and now we pay 264 a month. Trying to get a person on the phone to talk to is a joke. Every time I call it just goes in a loop on robots talking to me. When I do get the actual store in Madison I'm always brought to voicemail. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!! The due dates of payment are always difficult, as for a few months it'll be the same date and then out of nowhere they're charging your card 3 days earlier than anticipated! It's not fun when you live paycheck to paycheck like most people do. Now they'll reach out and tell me to call to discuss but NO ONE on Seybold Rd ever answers!

  I stored my car here for the winter, and would never do it again. The day I went to drop it off, I had to wait a good half an hour for an employee to come to the office so I could get checked in. I figured this was lunchtime for the single employee on-site (seems silly to only have one person), so no big deal. I covered my car, and went on my merry way. A couple of months later, I got a call and message saying that they needed to talk to me about my unit. I called back multiple times (at different times of day to hopefully avoid lunch and such) and never got an answer, so I left a message with my name and number, and asked them to call back. I never got a call back. Seems like they were calling to let me know that my promotional rate was going to expire, and I'd be charged full-price soon, but it's impossible to say because I never got anyone on the phone! It definitely felt like they were avoiding me/running out the clock until I started getting charged full-price. I decided to just show up and move out, and was lucky enough to find someone there to help me cancel my rental. I then discovered that my car cover had ostensibly been blown off. Found it crumpled up against a fence, and further inspection revealed a huge rip (which I wouldn't expect to happen in the process of blowing off). Talked to the employee about this and asked if there was a way we could figure out what exactly happened to end up with a severely ripped cover, and was (albeit nicely) told there was nothing to be done and I should leave. Would not go back.
