  Staying open until 8 when the other furniture places nearby close at 7? Genius. James was great to work with, no pressure at all, and let the product do the talking. I never knew we needed an adjustable base until he showed us the difference it made in the comfort of the bed. He walked us through several different options for a new mattress and pillows. I really appreciated that given the option to upsell us on a more expensive adjustable base, he recommended a lower priced option instead of nudging us to a more expensive one with features we didn't really need. Being open that extra hour got us in the door but working with James meant there really wasn't any question we needed to check out the other local options on another day.

  Overall had a good experience buying our new Tempur-Pedic mattress. The sales associates were knowledgeable about the different beds and brands they carried. The one thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was that while we were laying on all the different beds and talking to the associates we were told that there was a 365 day sleep trial. However, what we were not told was that the sleep trial doesn’t normally extend to Split King (or Twin XL) size mattresses. We were not told that they would not be eligible for a full refund until after we actually made the purchase, which we had made assuming we’d be able to get a refund for the 2 $4k mattresses if worst came to worst and we had poor experiences with them. So while the overall experience was good, that knowledge that came right at the end after making what should have been an exciting purchase was a bit of a gut punch. We did appreciate them not hovering while we tried out beds though, and they seemed more knowable about beds than other mattress stores.

  Great experience! Super friendly and easy-going staff, quality mattresses and accessories, and very competitive pricing. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and actively sought out cost-effective options for us, never pushing any upsell. Would absolutely recommend checking Denver out for a low-stress and straightforward experience.

  Started looking at Denver mattress about a month ago. Did some looking around at other places including big box stores. Didn’t find anything that fit the bill like Denver Mattress. Loved dealing with Lindsey. She was helpful and very knowledgeable pointing me towards the best mattress for me and my sleep habits. Highly recommend. Would strongly recommend Denver to anyone I knew was looking for a mattress.

  Informative and experiential, that's how I'd describe my recent experience at Denver Matress. My wife and I visited the showroom knowing it was time to replace our aging mattress. It turns out that the technology of sleep has upgraded immensely since we last bought a new bed. Our salesperson, Dominic, listened to our preferences and graciously introduced us to the various improvements and style transformations mattresses have made in the last two decades. We said we didn't prefer this or that, but we tried his suggestions to truly experience the wide array of experiences from bargain to luxury, hybrid to traditional, foam to pillow top. Two words... Purple pillows. How did I not know these existed? We expect great sleep improvement and pain relief on our new purchase. Don't be caught snoozing on old technology like us.
