- LWLindy WyattOct 16, 20255.0I am a person of decided taste, but I can’t get from my vision to reality. Ruth Ann was our primary designer and talked to me about what I wanted and then showed me sample fabrics. Trent (the business person) also got involved in suggesting contrast colors. We could not be more pleased with the final result! I recommend making your 1st appointment at the shop so that the designer can show you samples of the numerous fabric swatches they have.
- JCJoseph ClouteMar 18, 20252.0Seemed nice enough. Really struggled to lock in an in home consultation. Was even asked to drive to the showroom during their open hours and then was told of another customer that was deemed more important who would be filling their time.
- FHFawn HawpetossSep 20, 20233.0Ruth Ann is awesome and this would have been 5 stars except the man who answers the phone is extremely rude—he has a condescending tone and repeatedly contacted me to rush along the process even though I didn’t put a deposit down and thus did not confirm (per their own policy!). After the second time, talking to him, and hearing his tone, and him not understanding (or caring)that I felt pressured (I just started grad school and blinds got put in the back burner while I get used to it) and disrespected (offering no apology nor any kind of professionalism) I directed him that I would work directly with Mary Ann in the future. I am not going to give thousands of dollars to a company whose receptionist is rude to me (repeatedly!) Hopefully Ruth Ann and I can move forward without such ridiculousness.
