Then we met Brian. Total opposite experience. Brian was awesome. Super accommodating, funny, helpful, and just genuinely easy to work with. Shout out to Daniel who was great too. Both of them somehow made furniture shopping actually enjoyable, which honestly feels impossible. From helping us find a cart (rookie mistake) to arranging a tricky delivery to even pointing out a matching piece that was on sale which we hadn’t noticed originally. No pressure. No awkward hovering. Just really good people helping customers the way it should be done. We’ll absolutely be back.
