  I bought a queen size metal bed frame, took it to my vehicle and saw it didn’t have wheels, so we carried it back in to ask about that. She then told me she did have a frame with wheels and the price for that very same frame with wheels was $140, which I should have questioned why it was $50 extra for wheels but was exhausted from the heat and a recent surgery, so I wasn’t thinking clearly at that point. I then took it to my trunk and see that it’s an expandable frame. You can make it a twin queen or king and that being why it most likely cost $50 extra dollars for wheels, and that it wasn’t the same exact frame as just a queen. I then took it back inside almost crying from the pain and ready to faint and ask for a refund because it wasn’t the same frame. She then told me that she does NOT give refunds. She clearly only refunds items if you’re going to spend $50 extra on a sale of a product I didn’t want in the first place but didn’t know that because she misinformed me. Also, I was stuck using it for a couple weeks and it slipped out of place everyday. Total furniture had the product much cheaper and they were completely honest. They even showed me how it would look setup and the product is much sturdier. The were also informative and kind. This place is none of that.

  We came in today for a couch and the Manager Miguel was very helpful and very clear speaking about everything I asked highly recommend!!

  Bought furniture from store in Kenosha they showed me nice furniture in the store but the furniture that was delivered is cheaply made I called to complain about how hard the furniture was and she said it always hard when you first get it I lifted the couch over you can see the wood and there’s hardly any padding paying a lot of money for cheap furniture they say it’s Ashley but it’s not I am one disappointed customer
