We recently had trouble with remote not syncing with rocker recliner. Tried dealing with claim people and after a week of frustration I went into the store to ask if someone could help. Melanie B was so kind and so helpful, taking time to help and fix our issue. She is definitely #1. Thank you Melanie

Gave 2 stars because we are very pleased (right now) with our new furniture. I would give not only the stores’ customer service, but the corporate customer service -10. Service was great when we were in the store and made our purchase, it went completely downhill from there. I had to reach out for status updates as it neared my original 6-8 week timeline, only to be told there would be delays which would have been acceptable, had we been notified. Reached out again after being told 2 more weeks and again reached out only to be told 2 MORE weeks which made it 10-12 weeks from order date. Then was told all 3 pieces ready, and then was told not all the pieces were ready. When I called for the last time I was told they were JUST going to call me, that 2 of 3 pieces were in. Hallelujah! Only 10 weeks after the order…Was told that they could get it on the truck and delivered Saturday but had to pay balance first. No problem-my husband would be there shortly to pay. In the 15 minutes that it took my husband to get there-oops sorry Saturday is no longer available. Next available is Tuesday so we took that. We did receive a call on Saturday saying our 3rd piece was in and they’d deliver it on Tuesday. That was the first time the store called during the entire process. Delivery went great and the 2 gentlemen that did it were quick and efficient. After delivery, I wrote letters to the store manager and the CEO expressing my displeasure with the whole situation. Crickets… We bought our last set of furniture from them 15 years ago, it held up nicely and that’s why we wanted to purchase from them again. Not sure if we would go this route again. As I said, we are very pleased with the furniture, just not the service we received.
