  The times we were there, you could not find an employee to help you, not even an acknowledgement or greeting when entering the store. Finally decided on something and took a bit to find an employee to help. They have you set an appointment to pick up the furniture, ok i get that, so they can have it ready to just load it up. But we get there to pick up, took a bit to find an employee once again(there was like 2 customers there, 1 of which walked around by her self so no employee) . Go out and drive around to pick up, and THEY DO NOT HAVE THE BOXES PULLED!! So they pull our order. They DID NOT EVEN help load the boxes!!!! My husband has health issues so he had to do the loading and it really took a toll on him. As for me, I was in the store looking around not realizing what was going on. So I found some decorative items to buy, still saw NO employees to help me at either end of the store. While im standing at the desk, I see an employee walking and he ignores me. So after a minute I walk to the other side of the store with an arm load of things, do not see him anywhere so I keep walking and as I get up towards the desk, I see him sitting in a chair on his phone!! I asked for help and he gets up and says " oh it's been a day " like he is exhausted. I did not even get a bag or box to help me carry out the items which some were fragile and glass. Will be putting the furniture together here shortly to see exactly how well it is. We drove almost 2 1/2 hours to this place, customer service each time we have been there SUCKED. We will NOT be going there to finish re doing the furnishings and such in our house!! On a good note they do have a large selection, if you find things you like it does take 2-3 weeks for them to get it in ☹️

  Consistently the best employees and store I go to for furniture. The store manager specifically is fantastic and definitely deserves a raise.
