  I was greeted when I walked through the door; since I was new to buying a mattress, the assistant manager, Ryan, gave me a quick tour of the styles and brand names. He kindly answered my questions and proactively told me about their warranty and refund if the mattress doesn't fit my body type in the first few months. I'm thankful for their help and looking forward to a comfy bed!

  We walked into the store knowing exactly what we wanted. A mid priced but nice mattress for our guest room. I expected to be high pressured to get a better one. But Ryan listened to what we needed and showed us several very nice mattresses for a room that wouldn’t be used much. Then he suggested one that has been recommended by consumer reports for years as best buy for the cost. We purchased that one and he suggested new pillows which we hadn’t thought of, so we bought two pillows, pillow covers and a mattress cover without going over our budget. He was extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend your store and Ryan to anyone needing a new mattress.

  Ryan was absolutely amazing for me and my significant other to work with. He was very informative when it came to the process of purchasing our first ever mattress together. The process was both seamless and effortless. We are very grateful to have walked in when we did and to meet Ryan. 10/10 customer service and a wonderful salesman. He gave the best tips on how to keep the mattress in perfect condition. Thank you Ryan!

  We just bought our second mattress from Denver Mattress and we couldn’t be happier with the salespeople we worked with. Ryan and Christopher are so great and knowledgeable. They took the time to really explain the mattress we bought as well as compared it to other options in the store. We feel like we made a great choice.
