Dear Manager,
I am writing to share some feedback regarding a frustrating experience I had when calling your garden center today.
I called to inquire if you had a specific type of tree in stock. During my first attempt, the person who answered acknowledged my request but hung up on me before I could provide details. When I called back, I was told that I could not be assisted at all without an item number.
While I understand that item numbers help streamline the process, it was disappointing that there was no attempt to help me locate the tree or offer an alternative solution. A quick look in the yard or a more helpful approach would have gone a long way.
I value your garden center, but I believe your team could benefit from additional training in customer service and phone etiquette. I hope this feedback helps you improve the experience for other customers.

Hello, I am a Pro customer and I want to report a very unprofessional experience at the store today.When I went to Pro Services to pick up my order, the employees did not even look at me. I said “good afternoon” and asked for help, and they completely ignored me. Only the cashier helped me.Then I was sent back and forth between Pro Services and Customer Pickup, and no one could find my order. I also asked for help locating a Lowe’s‑exclusive product that showed as available online, but it was not in the store.My order was finally found two hours later. I run a business and cannot disappear for that long because of internal disorganization. This caused me to lose valuable time and productivity.

I purchased a grill and partially disassembled it in order to get it in my SUV. I ended up losing a few screws in that process. When I went back, Ashlee, and Jacob went above and beyond to helped me. They carefully unscrewed a different grill to make sure I found and purchased the correct replacement screws. Their attitude was great the entire time.

Love Lowe's always meets my needs for home improvement , just bought the ego self propelled lawn mower , came with an extra battery , extra blades, bag , side discharge chute & mulcher plug, has lights for those evenings when you just couldn't get to cutting till then , self propelled works well except when turning , I release turn then reengauge the drive , otherwise im happy , batteries last quit a while , I dont have a big yard but I can cut about 3 times before I gotta swap batteries & charge , charges quickly
