  It 10 out 10 they have really great decorations to decorate your room they have amazing pictures France hang up in your bed room or any where in your place amazing atmosphere and relaxed atmosphere

  It's hard to understand why there is a very long line of customers waiting to check out while the front end manager and another employee stand at the end of the registers watching a single cashier trying to ring everyone up. Why not jump in and help? Surely the front end manager has the training and ability to be on a register. If they don't, they should turn in their keys.

  Stopped in today to find a few things for a new project my sister and I want to work on. My sister went to go ask an employee for some help finding magnets. I watched from a distance Melissa completely ignored and did not even acknowledge her. And no, she simply didn’t just miss or not hear my sister ask for help Melissa purposely chose to continue with her own stocking that seemed to be more important than a customer asking for assistance. Another employee, Sam, approached the conversation happily and seemed excited to assist my sister to find what she was looking for. Melissa then stated that he can help her because clearly she had no interest in doing anything that required more work for her. We found out that Melissa is the manager! CRAZY! Sad to see that this Hobby Lobby chose to have someone like Melissa to manager over someone like Sam. 3 Stars because Sam deserves more than what Melissa can take away.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Hobby Lobby. I approached the manager, Melissa, for assistance, but she walked right past me without acknowledging me or offering to help. I was left standing there feeling completely ignored. Fortunately, another employee, Sam, noticed what was happening. He had already helped me earlier, and I actually didn't want to bother him again, but he came over on his own and asked, "How can I help?" When I explained what I was looking for, he immediately said, "I can help!" Only then did Melissa finally acknowledge me, simply saying, "Yeah, he can help you," while continuing to leave the interaction to him. It came across as though helping customers was beneath her or not worth her time. Sam deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. He was attentive, friendly, and proactive—everything you'd hope for from an employee. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was the complete opposite. I've honestly never had a manager make me feel so dismissed in a retail store before.

  If you haven't been there you need to go. I have found hundreds of items that are excellent prices and cater to many different tastes. From 2 beautiful pictures in my home to craft projects for adults and children. Love love the kit to tie dye shirts and they have the shirts right there from children to adults. I usually go with someone or it's very easy to spend hours there. Fall items are out but they have 40% off everything so it's smart to get ahead of time if you have any storage space. Very clean and tidy but most aisles are only wide enough for 1 cart. Maybe a little too much inventory🤷‍♀️
