  Your mechanic Jeremy was very polite showed me all the stuff that he was doing was happy to see the same person out that worked on the heater before so you're not duplicating anything very pleased and Jenny was a big help too good company to work with

  Sales experience is like buying a car which sucks, unless you order one online. That said, Jim was very nice and the tub we got is great. Wish they had more contractor suggestions for pads.

  Lisa was amazing at helping me figure out what was going on with my pool. She gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it and it worked. She was very patient with all my questions and didn’t make me feel bad that my levels were out of wack. I will definitely keep returning to buy all my chemicals and accessories here. Thank you Lisa!

  I have had great experiences here since it was Wolf Pools. Today I went to get a water check and was informed that they have a new policy. It is now $10 to get your water tested unless you are a VIP member. To be a VIP member you have to spend at least $500 per year at the store. Fortunately for me, I don’t have many problems with my pool so I don’t spend that much in a year, when they checked how much I’d spent this year it was $279. Unfortunately, for them since I don’t spend $500 a year I will now buy all of my chemicals elsewhere. I would also like to note that when ever I have gotten my water tested there I always bought the chemicals from them.
