- LDLacy DusbachMay 12, 20261.0If I could give this business zero stars, I would. The product itself was fine, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The young lady at the front desk was one of the rudest and most ignorant people I’ve ever dealt with in a business setting. Definitely not a good look for the face of the company. On top of that, the operators were just as rude. Since it was one of my first times there, I had a few questions, and instead of being helpful, the attitude was basically “figure it out yourself.” Overall, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be coming back.

- TDTimothy DApr 20, 20265.0I told the woman at the desk that I was going to be the dumbest customer she would have to deal with all day. I only needed a few large stones for a stepway, and she was so patient and helpful. Pretty amazing place if your building a patio, wall or landscaping.

I also called ahead and spoke with a representative who identified herself as Evelyn; however, I found her demeanor to be quite unprofessional and unhelpful, so I ended the call. I later visited the location in person and, unfortunately, was assisted by the same individual. Her in person attitude mirrored the experience I had over the phone and was even more discourteous. Based on my experience as a contractor , I would not recommend this establishment, as the customer service was not up to an acceptable standard. I cannot speak for anyone else but I would highly suggest they consider finding someone else for that position who is genuinely kind. Call or go in for yourself to see.
