  Taylor was wonderful to work with. She was personable and helpful. She helped me pick out a beautiful chair that I never would have considered, but it looks wonderful in my home. The selection in the store was very nice.

  Delivery problems include an incomplete build od one island chair, three missing support slats. Also on the ding table, a bad hinge on the butterfly leaf and 2 missing screws on a support slat. Tech assistance needed for the table, and a complete island chair must be delivered. All other delivered items are fine.

  Today,I ordered a couch 9/7/26 by phone which I viewed in store with my husband back in July of 2026. Luckily the person who answered my call was a manager named Katelyn, she was knowledgeable in furniture, and she went the extra mile in checking with other manufacturers with simular specs that I had desired. The purchase process was quick and even though the price of the couch I wanted back in July had gone up since then she was able to give me the sale price from back in July. Not only am I pleased, I'm impressed. Now, I have to wait for my new couch a couple months 😔 but will write another review after receiving. Thank you Katelyn for taking your time and doing the research to help this customer Brenda

  Were purchased two matching glass display cabinets at HOM furniture recently. We were fortunate to work with Garrett who took the time to ask questions to determine what our needs were. He answered our questions and was able to order the last two cabinets available that will be perfect for our vision. Where purchased items from HOM before and have always been pleased.

  I called to see if they still had a previous purchase on file from 9ish years ago. They dus! I gentleman I spoke with looked it up and transfered me to the correct dept. (Mattresses). The lady I spoke with there was very informative and I was able to make my selections and place an order right then and there. The wait time for delivery was shorter than I needed do I ordrred today for a future delivery. Great customer care!
