  I wanted to purchase varied individually wrapped hard candies for my local senior living center, for their “treat” bowl. A few residents have to be careful not to eat treats that rapidly spike their blood sugar levels. A Hobby Lobby employee named Chris was immediately helpful and went out of his way to dedicate extra time to present me with all sorts of options. Besides being exceptionally kind, he was so cheerful and positive and made my time shopping actually fun! When I went to pay for almost $20 worth of candy, I found out that my only option for paying, using my cell phone, wasn’t permitted. Realizing how disappointed I was, Chris volunteered to pay! He said it was for a good cause and he insisted that he wanted to help me. I was so surprised and his kindness so touched my heart that it literally brought tears to my eyes! Such a loving gesture is rare to see! He made my day, and I can’t wait to come back to support a store that would have such wonderfully, kind staff! Thank you Chris and thank you Hobby Lobby!

  I've never seen something I didn't want, in any Hobby Lobby. However, I still wish they had the R/C cars and trucks like way back in the day 😔
