  Julie is an asset to your company. She was so wonderful to work with. I was unprepared to make a decision in the moment and she provided me with printouts and information so that I could consider at home. When I came back in ready to purchase, I made sure to work with her because she was so kind and friendly. She informed me of all of the terms and conditions for the promotional. And secured my beautiful new couch! Thank you, Julie.

  I bought several items today and both of the staff that I worked with for my purchase were great! They had great ideas and tips for me and they were also very patient. Good products and great customer skills!

  We always come to your store to get our furniture needs. I have surgery the day we stopped to get the recliner the sells lady was very helpful but your warehouse is something to consider improving. We came Back to get the recliner and we watched the warehouse walk right past our car setting outside of your doors never asked if we needed help or anything. We now had to call back inside and try to get our recliner by which I should have been going home but I needed the recliner. I was very unhappy with the warehouse kid. I know nothing will happen with this but you should consider who you hire for help. People come to your store to spend their hard earned money and that should say a lot because money is tight for most people. We were ready to come in for a return and I understand this probably happens a lot but let’s try making your consumer experience the best. Thank you Elvis McMahon
