  We found ourselves in need of a shower door during an unexpected bathroom remodel. After some research we found this local and family run business and thought we would give them a call. Our experience with this company has been 5 star since day one. Their courteousness and professionalism shone through as we ran them through the gammet of questions. All were answered with patience until our decision was certain. We had some unexpected delayas on our end, but I am happy to report that our door was installed today by Mike and Dakota. They treated our home with respect while they installed the door. The finished product is amazing. We still have work to do on this bathroom, but believe me when I say the transforamtion is stunning. We have 2 other bathrooms in our 1980s house and when we are ready to remodel them, we will definitely be contacting this local and incredible family-run family run business again. Thanks again for all of your attention to detail and patience with the obstacles that happened during our journey.

  I had the rare experience of the tempered glass of my shower enclosure spontaneously shattering! No one was in the room when it happened. My house is only 5 years old and I was able to find the installer, Mid Wisconsin Glass & Mirror, to help me. They came the very next day to measure the opening. Then they called back and said they would be back to install the glass the following day! They were so careful removing the old glass that there was very little that came apart. The new glass looks great. They completed the work in about one hour. I recommend Mid Wisconsin Glass & Mirror with my highest regard!

  AWFUL, AWFUL Customer service. One of our shower glass doors shattered while the shower was in use by our child. Employee was accusatory and not at all working towards finding a solution.
