  We moved into our new home in August. Luke at Draco Property Mgmt helped us with our landscape plans in September. Luke told us that shrub inventory was low, so we might want to wait until Spring to purchase them. He was patient with us and knowledgeable about which plants we might want to consider. Draco planted the grass, and with their hoses and sprinkler systems, we had grass super fast. We look forward to working with Luke and Draco Property Mgmt in the Spring for plant selection and install.

  Caused $500 PLUS WORTH OF DAMAGE and FULLY IGNORED the issue. 1 year later, and they could care less. Know if this company is coming anywhere near YOUR PROPERTY, they will mow over a boulder if it's on grass and the not even respond to you when you attempt to reach out.

  Draco’s lawncare has a contract with my apartment complex to mow (every Wednesday specifically). Long story short to avoid my daily outings, approx 20 mins after mowing in front of my complex we walked out to our car covered in grass, a (approx) 1/3 of our windshield CRACKED and the rock that was thrown into it in our hood just under the windshield wipers. Called our apartment management to get contact info, who in returned reached out themselves and were told TOO BAD! I then reached out via the email provided by my apartment complex, after a week of ZERO RESPONSE, reached out via DRACOs contact page on their website and still no response. Now I understand accidents happen, but the responsibility and professionalism is NON EXISTENT with this company. Companies like this are insured for just these accidents but apparently we live in a time where (even tho all the evidence say on my car that day) the burden of PROOF falls on us. SO PLEASE BE AWARE this company can SMASH YOUR WINDSHIELD, damage your property, and go on about their day with zero responsibility or ownership within their community. OBVIOUSLY if someone’s renting, a $500 (minimum) surprise bill for someone else’s actions isn’t something most can afford. SO BE AWARE when choosing services what you can expect. WE NOW HAVE CAMERAS ON OUR CAR. !!!!UPDATE!!!!! 4 months later and THEY STILL HAVE NEVER REACHED OUT AFTER VOICEMAIL, several EMAILS ETC. I DID SEE THAT my Google review thus far has been viewed by 70 people so if I CAN SAVE SOMEONE hundreds PLUS then I’m happy for that! You can always know who not to give business to locally by the way handle their community! The still continued to mow TOWARDS the vehicles for the rest of the season at SUPER SPEED (quickly not quality) in their zero turns with no regard for anyone’s property. STAY AWARE, they JUST DONT CARE.
