- PTP THUMANNNov 6, 20253.0Dropped off coo-coo clock August 2024. Read sign within they're not responsible for items left over 1 year. Heard nothing winter '24-25. Stopped by in spring, was told he'd call me in a week. Heard nothing. Stopped by early September 2025, he repeated his claim, but wrote my phone number down. Was ready to report to BBB. Got clock back which he tuned up, cleaned given I acquired at an estate sale. Informative told me best practices. He gave me an estimate, so that wasn't a surprise. However, don't leave anything with him without a commitment when he'd have your item repaired, cleaned, or whatever.

Tim went above and beyond helping provide assistance and walk me through the steps. His knowledge and expertise is beyond impressive in addition to his willingness to help. Could not recommend any higher wish I could leave a higher star review
