Difficult to locate building that housed our unit. It was a newer build without an address or clear directions. Called for assistance in locating it multiple times and customer service was also unable to locate the building. Storage unit was clean and temperature controlled environment which were great features but unit was located on second floor without elevator access.

The driveway needs a lot of improvement around the back. Finally today when we were packing up, the garbage can in back was gone completely after seeing it overflowing for the past two years.
When we first rented the price per month was around $45 per month for the smallest unit and by the time we left it was up to $70 for the same space. Inflation really took hold in two years.
