I'm always amazed by how crummy this store is versus the Manitowoc and Oshkosh locations. I know Lowe's as a whole is understaffed because poor employee retention, but if it takes thirty minutes to get through to talk to someone on the phone, you have some major issue. There's a ton issues I could mention with this stores but long story short,If you're in area take the drive south and hit up the Oshkosh store instead.

I purchased a 3-piece appliance set in 2024, all with 5-year warranties, and then this year (2026) my range malfunctioned. Due to some kind of clerical error the warranty for my oven was never set up while the other two items I purchased at the same time were.
Very long story short- Assurance was no help and I spent over a month contacting everyone I could to try to get my oven repaired or replaced.
Morgan, Lisa and Donna, at the Appleton, WI Lowes were the ones who worked to get my situation resolved and it is because of them that I have a new oven. They were patient, helpful and went above and beyond for me!

I came to pick up my online order. They notified me that my order was in a locker. I came and tried to open the locker, first time doing that at Lowe’s. An associate came and helped me. She was very helpful. When we opened the locker , it was empty. This never happened to me before ordering from Best Buy or Home Depot. She called another personnel to help. A guy came and he did not look happy to be there. Not sure if he is a store manager, but definitely not a customer service type. Here I was waiting for him to open every lockers to find my item. Finally, they found it. How hard is it to put orders in the right lockers. I don’t think that I want to order online from Lowe’s again. +2 stars for the female associate, who was happy and helpful. -1 star for item not in a locker when they said it was, -1 star for long wait time for them find my item, -1 star for unhappy male associate or store manager.

Super frustrating. We are re-doing our place and are on a pretty strict timeline so we ordered 18 pieces of Item #5255730 Model #L518444W12 trim. Additionally, we paid $100 to have this delivered from the store to our place. 10 of the 18 items came with scuffs and broken corners and cracks in the trim. Called support, and our only option was return them (we don’t have transportation option to do so, hence why we got delivery) or $50 credit. Just upsetting because we paid $450 for delivery and the items for them to all be messed up.

I don’t write reviews often. My experience with buying a dishwasher from Lowe’s was extremely disappointing. It took well over a month to arrive. I was guaranteed a delivery date by two sales reps from the company (after spending quite a bit of time getting through their AI chat bots). It was very important to me to have it arrive by a certain date. They kept moving it back further and further after giving me assurances it would arrive by my desired date. I will never shop at Lowe’s again, Why buy appliances here when there are so many better options?
