Purchased 2 appliances on a Monday. The store didn't have it but their Plover store did. Purchased them and was given a delivery for Saturday. We received a call on Friday afternoon saying they don't have the appliances in stock. How does a corporation not know what products they have available.
Hopefully this post saves people from purchasing anything from Lowes. THE WORST STORE EVER!!!

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase experience at Lowe's here in Appleton Wisconsin for a new entry door and storm door. What transpired was an unfortunately complex series of events marked by numerous miscommunications and operational oversights, rather than a seamless transaction.
While I acknowledge and appreciate the corrective measures taken by Lowe's to ensure that I was not erroneously charged for services or items, my primary disappointment stems from the overall customer service approach following these issues. There was a conspicuous absence of any proactive effort to address my considerable inconvenience or to offer an apology for the difficulties encountered.
More critically, I perceived a distinct lack of initiative to demonstrate that my business was valued or that Lowe’s was committed to retaining me as a customer. I had sincerely hoped for some gesture that would convey regret for the experience and a desire to earn back my trust and future patronage. Regrettably, no such efforts were extended.
This experience has left me feeling considerably undervalued, and it is truly disheartening to conclude that Lowe's appeared indifferent to the prospect of losing my business, despite the significant challenges I faced.

I have had nothing but problems with the communication with our cabinets and countertop. One of our cabinets had an issue and we never got a call back after multiple times calling by husband went to Lowe’s to get it taken care of. We are still waiting for our countertops and have yet to have someone call back on that. I have called the manager 3x alone today and still no return. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never use them again.
