  Wayne was such a nice guy, he even mowed my lawn! It was a pleasure working with him from another state and he took great care of all the carpets! Wonderful job!

  My family hired him and the quality of the service was very poor for what we paid. Overpriced and the owner is very unprofessional. Would not recommend!

  Service is overpriced and the owners behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. the man that drives the van around little chute area needs to learn how to drive or just get his license revoked completely. (The owner shown in the photos with glasses who goes by Wayne Hoffmann) Doing barely 37 in a 55 is unacceptable and to SLAM on the brakes to a complete stop when I honked is ridiculous. If the behavior of this company is like this I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. -replying to his comment- I have a cam Wayne, you absolutely slammed. You were trying to break check me and once I honked you completely slammed to a complete stop RIGHT OVER A BRIDGE. Its 55 mph. What would've happened if someone was behind me? You would've caused an accident. If you knew how to drive you would KNOW that it's a no passing zone. Unfortunately after the car on the other side passed i had no option but to pass you because you REFUSED to accelerate! There's literally no excuse for this behavior. Your ignorance is shinning through your response. Your reaction was all because i honked. Have the day you deserve Wayne.

  We recently moved into a rental property that had been severely neglected by the previous tenants and the upstairs carpet was atrocious. We honestly weren't expecting miracles, but BowTie definitely delivered one! They weren't the cheapest place around, but given the state of our carpet we went with them after multiple recommendations. The time and effort that they put into restoring the carpets was worth it. Photos are of just a few of the things they had to deal with, and some post cleaning photos!
