  It's pretty cool how everything is done on your phone. Unlocking the gate and unlocking your unit, easy access. And if I need to give someone access to my unit, I just share them. And I can decide how much time they get for the access.

  very good and thorough with everything, the only thing i am. it happy with is that there is no restrooms to be located. i will NOT USE A PORT A POTTY

  Staff was very helpful walking me through the registration process and even threw in a free cylinder lock for my storage unit. It fits my storage vehicle perfectly and the price per month was much better than any other storage facility in town.

  So far, I've only been inside once. It is clean, advanced technology is top notch! Everything looks to be safe and secure. Staff has been exceptionally kind and helpful. I am pleased with my choice to store my belongings here so far. Thanks Rainier view storage!

  I needed a small space to store some furniture items. After doing some research, I decided to go with Rainier View Storage and I'm glad I did! The facility is very nice and clean. All of the preliminary paperwork was done online. There's an app to manage everything, including getting through the entry gate. It makes things so easy. I ran into some snags (just because it was new to me) and the staff couldn't have been more responsive or kinder. They walked me through it remotely. It's a great system and a nice facility!
