  Highly recommend! We purchased our hot tub a year ago, I have never owned a hot tub and was overwhelmed with trying to maintain the water, what to add weekly to balance it, Noelle has made it so easy to do. She tests the water and prints out what I need to add. We had an issue with the filtration and she was quick to help troubleshoot, and has been beyond helpful!! Honestly, don't find service like this anymore. We are now buying a cold plunge because we trust her and know we have service to maintain it. She's the BEST!

  We purchased a jacuzzi from here recently with Noelle, who has been absolutely incredible. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about all of the hot tubs, but she has provided an amazing customer service experience. We had some issues with installation and getting our hot tub to work and Noelle has always been extremely responsive and helpful. We will shop here again simply due to Noelle’s level of service.

  Great experience. Noelle was easy to work with and knowledgable, and the order, delivery, and electrical hook up process went exactly as described and promised. 1 month in with the Jacuzzi Hot tub, and very pleased.

  Aaron and Noelle have been amazing. I have a pool new to me and didn’t know how much aqua quip can help homeowners with in ground pools including water testing on site, service for equipment and chemicals and all the parts and chemicals you could need to keep a clean swim space pool. I am super grateful for the continued guidance thru this bad algae issue and all the right recommendations and ways to prevent the issue in the future. Also if anyone needs a spa (or spa water tested), chemicals, spa covers, furniture or fireplaces come say hi to the staff here they will all be able to help assist your needs !

  The entire team, lead by Aaron, is super knowledgeable and patient. They walked us through all our options for price/size/features and we're very honest about the value/need for various items. The water testing service and training on chemical treatments is a must for a first time owner. No need to shop around, save your time and just go here; you won't regret it.
