Purchased a new hot tub from them, very professional during the process from the start to setup. After setup I wanted it in a different position and they happily moved it. Do your self a favor and pay a little more for quality products instead of buying inferior products at a big box store

I searched a gamut of places for a hot tub My final decision came down to Cedar and Soak. Tahra and Mario were incredible with helping me as well as the staff. You couldn't ask for more knowledgeable people and helpful. Not pushy just there when you need them. When I say there I mean there. I had an issue with someone putting substances in tub. Boom bang very little wait and taken care of. I need my Tub for several reasons but I literally can't move without my morning soak. You won't work with two nicer people and they are always always there for you. Love that they are local and again so helpful not to mention reasonable prices! There are never any stupid questions. My tub is gorgeous and easy to take care of and if I can't for some reason they can. Thank you Cedar and Soak for being who you are. Your one of a kind and I'm so happy to have chosen the right company and people Happy Tubbing!
