  Had a great experience shopping for a mattress here. Brett was a pleasure to work with. Patiently explained the differences between the mattresses we were considering. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured into a purchase. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new mattress. They have many online only mattresses you can try out which was key for us, as we ended up not getting the model we thought we wanted.

  I don’t throw around five-star reviews lightly, but this one is earned. I’ve been working with this mattress store for years, both personally and through my business, and they’ve been nothing short of exceptional every single time. The level of customer service is what really separates them. You’re not walking into a high-pressure sales environment, you’re walking into a place where they actually listen, ask the right questions, and guide you to the right fit without any nonsense. Their selection is strong across the board. Whether you’re looking for something high-end, budget-conscious, or somewhere in between, they’ve got options that make sense. More importantly, they understand what they’re selling. You’re not getting surface-level answers, you’re getting real insight into comfort, durability, and long-term value. Pricing is another big win here. I’ve shopped around plenty over the years, and they consistently come in competitive, if not better, than the big-box stores, without sacrificing quality or service. That combination is hard to find. Shane, in particular, has been outstanding to work with. Professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure you walk away with the right product. That kind of consistency over multiple years and multiple purchases says a lot. Bottom line, if you want a smooth experience, fair pricing, and people who actually care about getting it right, this is the place. I’ve trusted them for years and will continue to do so.   This was our second stop while looking for a king bed. We walked in & was greeted by JC & he told he'd be right there after finishing up with the couple at the register. We told him what we were looking for & what type of bed we didn't really like. From the knowledge we learned at the first store, we knew we wanted a spring mattress not memory foam. So he had us lay on his most popular one. It was a bit out of our price range so he had us try something similar for a lower price & also another one at an even lower price. He also suggested we try the hybrid which is foam on he top layer, spring on bottom. We liked that as well. We narrowed it down to the hybrid & middle price point spring, but in the end chose the spring. We were told that the king size would have to be ordered & that it would take 2 weeks. Delivery was free, unlike the first place we visited. JC was great, he wasn't pushy & we didn't feel pressured to buy it. We got a call in just 1.5 weeks that it was ready. They communicated well the night before the timeframe they'd be coming & when they were about 10 minutes. A very quick easy drop off. Last night was our first night with the bed, & ohhhh it's so nice. Our dog sleeps in our bed & we all have space now without feeling cramped. We had a great nights sleep.

  We had the most delightful experience at the Sleep Bargains Hazel Dell location. John Crain was the sales representative who assisted us today. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, charismatic and very low pressure. My husband and I both appreciated all of John's help and expertise. He made our decision very easy. We absolutely endorse this company and appreciate their employees and business model. Great prices and great products. Thank you again John!
