  We purchased a Hot Springs tub from Oregon Hot tubs Vancouver, Wa. We actually met a very kind saleswoman, Jamie Harms, out on their floor space at the Clark County Fair. Jamie does her job as I wish all salespeople would. She was kind, patient, informative and helpful. But no pressure. Her demeanor was the biggest part of our decision to purchase the spa. Keep in mind the spa hasn’t been delivered yet. This isn’t necessarily about a spa or a company but an awesome representative of those brands. Thank you Jamie!! Hope the spa works as well as you do!!

  Wow! When you want an expert in customer service, ask for Amy. She is exceptional! Not only does she know her products, but she provides a phenomenal customer experience. She patiently fielded all my questions, provided thoughtful and helpful answers, and offered guidance that was helpful for me to select the hot tub that would be the best choice for me and my family. She's fabulous! 5 Stars All Around!

  I had a fantastic experience with Oregon Hot Tub, especially working with Jamie at their Vancouver location. I had very specific things I was looking for in a hot tub and had already shopped around quite a bit, struggling to find exactly what I wanted within my budget. What I appreciated most was that Jamie was never pushy. She wasn’t focused on just making a sale—her priority was genuinely helping me find exactly what I wanted. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible throughout the entire process. We looked at several options, and she helped me explore inventory beyond just what was on the showroom floor. In the end, she helped me get exactly what I wanted—and actually for less than I expected to spend. Their pricing was competitive, the financing options were helpful and straightforward, and the whole process felt easy instead of stressful. The delivery was smooth, professional, and quick, and I was set up without any hassle. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Great customer service, great products, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely works to help you find the right fit. If you don’t see exactly what you want in the store, ask—they have access to other inventory and may be able to find the perfect option for you. Very happy overall!

  Jamie Is assume! always happy to help. She helped me convert to salt system for my HotSprings hot tub. Found me the FreshWater System Controller and was able to get the part the same day. She made the whole process easy. Professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling—she knows her stuff. Highly recommend her for anyone wanting top-notch service. She’s earned a customer for life!

  Met Jamie at a Costco roadshow, and decided to stop by the store to check out the spas and saunas. She immediately remembered us and gave us a great overview of the different models. We were even able to try out the swim spa, hot tub and sauna. We ultimately decided on a sauna. Jamie found an excellent price for us. Her communication and service will not disappoint.
