Came here looking for Australian licorice. I know right? Licorice at a hardware store? Bobby took the time to help me look for it. Very nice employee, wasn't going to give up until he found it. He did need help from the manager, Genie, who was an absolute gem! She immediately knew where the product was and was so sweet about helping me. This was my first time at this location and I I'm very happy with the treatment I received. I left with the big smile. I'm very impressed with these particular employees. Management please take good care of them.

Be Aware! Before I ordered a toilet online last evening, I spoke to a Lowe's agent on the phone with the following questions. We were looking to use the same day delivery service($39). Since I was ordering after 2pm,the item would be delivered the next day. Fine. If upon examining the toilet,we found a problem how could we get it exchanged without paying another delivery fee? She put me on hold to find out, then returned and said,we would need to order it again,charged, then it would be brought out, the damaged item would be picked up and once it was returned,our money would be refunded. Also fine.
So today the toilet arrived, unfortunately with a slight dent on the base,that shows. I called Lowe's to ask how to proceed,and much to my amazement I was told, that the delivery fee was non refundable!! A third party vendor delivers the "same day items," and even though I did not get what I ordered( a toilet without a dent),tough luck. If we want to order this item again with same day delivery,we would again be charged! My husband is 82 and we are now faced with trying to put a 90+ pound item in our car, return it, buy another, to bring out to our house,get out of the car and take it in the house. My husband is adamant we do this as we have a plumber lined up to come Monday. Though we will probably have them open it in the store and examine it!!
My objection is that I was told erroneous information by a Lowe's employee after I explicitly asked how to proceed without being charged again for a delivery if the item was damaged,and, additionally,no where online did I read about this 3rd party vendor delivery being non refundable if your item is damaged. Lowe's makes a big deal about refunding items and the ease of items being exchanged or refunded. Not transparent!
