I’ve used I-205 mini storage a couple times and the last one was for 6 years. I’m always impressed with how clean the storage is and after 6 years there were no cobwebs, critters, nothing. You can donated your locks for DV survivors at move out which I’ve done both times.

We checked out a long list of storage facilities before consolidating our business locations. I 205 mini storage exceeded all expectations. Tucked away, very safe, reasonably priced with no surprise Rent adjustments, and a variety of options Including open and covered parking, which was the deal maker for us. Most importantly, you are treated with care, respect, and customer service that is very hard to find these days. Sandy and Kenneth are the best in their league.
