  We couldn’t be happier with the work GRO did on our backyard project! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Sam, our salesperson, was incredibly supportive, patient, and thoughtful throughout the planning process. He took the time to understand our vision and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Daniel, the project manager, and his crew were outstanding. They were highly professional, skilled, and paid great attention to detail. One thing we especially appreciated was how they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day, which showed their respect for our home and property. The finished project absolutely blew us away. The craftsmanship and quality are exceptional, and our backyard turned out even better than we had imagined. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality work.   I was very disappointed with this landscaping company and do not recommend them. The project included enlarging planting beds, adding plants and mulch, trimming bushes, and creating beds in the backyard. No supervisor was on site, so I repeatedly had to stop work and direct the crew as best as I could with a language barrier, because the beds were not the agreed-upon size or shape and the trimming did not match what we discussed. Ultimately, one bed in the back was cut obnoxiously large and with no shape and it looks terrible, but unfortunately I didn't see it in time to stop it from happening. The front beds were finished with such a thin layer of mulch that the sand beneath is visible in many locations. The sand-based material used for the planting beds does not retain water and shrank significantly, leaving plants exposed. In the backyard, we agreed to wavy-shaped beds, but only one side was marked, and the unsupervised crew did not create the agreed shapes, sizes, or transitions into the existing beds. Communication throughout the project was also poor. The final result did not meet our agreement or expectations. I wish I would have used a different company.

  My experience with GRO was outstanding! Jabien Letlow was my GRO Experience Manager. He went above and beyond, creating beautiful landscape designs for us, complete with diagrams and images before the work started. He is an excellent, professional communicator and is responsive to requests and considerations. We appreciated his great instincts and high quality design aesthetic. I couldn't ask for a better collaborator. We highly recommend him and GRO!
