Great place to store your belongings its very safe they have cameras everywhere and when you are inside it makes you fell secure to leave all your belongings there.

This may have been the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. I dealt with Susan for the majority of the time. I was having two of my vehicles transported across a few states. I was very nervous as they were both classic vehicles and held a lot of sentimental value. Susan and her crew made the process flow so smoothly. She worked with me to get all the necessary documents uploaded. There was a slight issue when my cars got there - completely on my end not theirs. Susan jumped right in and helped rectify the situation immediately. She went above and beyond her position to help make this as stress free as possible.

Alright. So I am in the top 10% of ratings on this app in Vancouver for Local Ratings.
I take Rating Very Seriously.
First, I gave Extra Space 5 stars off the bat.
It was fantastic. Exactly as advertised when I made my phone calls to arrange a Rental Agreement.
I was told that I could come in 24/7, and park my vehicle, so that I could take my motorcycle to work.
They were excited to have me!
I was excited to be here!
And then we make the deal, and I move in.
The first month passes ZERO issues.
They let me ride my motorcycle around in the isles so I could practice for the upcoming riding season.
Then I ride my bike to work one day, and when I get back, I get an actual finger waved in my face.
..That's a No-No apparently..
But it was an actual physical gesture.
And I get spoken to like I am 6 years old.
Okay... so I guess I can't ride my bike to work like I was told previously?
Why?..
Parking... apparently... mind you, there are easily spots someone could park a car, the place is a ghost town 99% of the time.
But her solution?
That I rent a spot big enough for my car to fit..
Only a $180 monthly increase to my $68 dollar bill!! Oh boy!
So I start parking down the street.
And riding a mountain bike to exchange my streetbike out for. Screw it, extra excersize, I thought!
Another month and a half passes, and now?
As I'm leaving to go on a ride, this worker is standing ar the gate. Waiting for me....
I sigh, and get on my bike, and head for the gate code dial-pad.
And she staares at me for several seconds before saying "sooooo?...."
"What is it?" I ask
And she says theres a "couple instances last month" of me staying too long???
Good. LORRD.
I have genuinely never been harassed that bad in my life.
That was yesterday.
I am now at Public Storage, just down the Road.
WAY CLEANER. No cobwebs in my unit and I'm not next to the dumpsters!
Parking is freely allowed here. Gated. Cameras.
And the vehicle can stay parked for much longer!!!
A whole day if needed, with zero questions!!!
And way cheaper!!!!
And BEST OF ALL?
ZERO. NAGGING.
