My wife and I were in a bind moving cross country the next day with a larger item valued at many thousands of dollars that hadn't been picked up in time. Susan was very kind and helpful and got us out of a bind that was stressing us out very much. She looked out for us late in the workday on a Sunday to ensure what we needed got done in time. I am someone that is very protective of my property and quickly entrusted her to get me a unit, ensure my property was safe, and also that she would be able to work with a transport company and sign off on my shipment. I very quickly felt safe with her and her facility and highly recommend anyone to utilize her facility and services. Truly appreciative of her help and appreciate the relief of stress she brought us.
